MAPLE WATER SMOOTHIE

Serves: 2

  • 125 ml (½ cup)      quick cooking rolled oats
  • 500 ml (2 cups)     maple water Necta
  • 250 ml (1 cup)       frozen fruits
  • 125 ml (½ cup)     plain yogurt
  • 4 to 6                       ice cubes with pure maple water

Preparation

  • Soak the oatmeal in maple water for 5 minutes.
  • In the bowl of a robot, pour the oatmeal and maple water mixture Necta, then the fruits and yogurt
  • Reduce until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • Pour into 2 large glasses, add ice cubes to Necta maple water and serve immediately.
