Necta japanese salad dressing

Serve: 250 ml ( 1 cup)

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml or 8 tablespoon            Rice vinegar
  • 30 ml or 2   tablespoon            Necta organic maple syrup
  • 45 ml or 3   tablespoon            Tamari sauce
  •  75 ml or 5  tablespoon            Napsi-certified Necta maple water
  •  30 ml or 2 tablespoon            Pure sesame oil
  •  1.5              tablespoon             Schichimi togorashi spices
  • 1                   tablespoon            Fresh grated ginger

 

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients in a Mason jar
  • Serve on a mix salad.

Schichimi togorashi spices: Mix of 7 spices ; Red Pepper flakes, black and white sésames seeds, poppy seeds, orange zest, wasabi and nori algae.
